About Me
LIT_LORD_FRESCO is a bi-lingual Aztec-Mexican rapper with roots in Mexico, California, and Minnesota. A close friend of Dre. and Eugene. from their college days, he first began making music under the name Gata, later FreddyFressh, as part of RME (Real Music Entertainment)—the precursor to aashkaa. Embodying the mantra ‘Progression Not Perfection’ and rejecting superficial fame with a F%$# The CLOUT attitude, Fresco’s music—from La Vida Es Un CARNAVAL to ay Que VIVIR BAILANDO—celebrates life, culture, and unapologetic self-expression.

During his college days, LIT_LORD_FRESCO made waves with two mixtapes under his early monikers. As Gata, he released GATA: Get Money, Stop Bitchin’, followed by Desperado as FreddyFressh, both projects showcasing his campus popularity and local buzz. Filled with braggadocious bars about women, money, and celebrity life, the mixtapes also proudly highlighted his Aztec-Mexican heritage and his skillful bilingual flow in English and Spanish. Building on this momentum, he teamed up with Dre. for the joint project Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly., a mixtape that captured their chemistry while carrying forward the same themes of ambition, swagger, and cultural pride.
After a dormant period, LIT_LORD_FRESCO reinvented himself, returning to California and finding stability with the love of his life. This personal renewal reignited his passion for music, leading to his 2024 ramp-up singles CF x MJ (中国菜和大麻 Zhōngguó cài hé dàmá) a high-energy track, and La Segunda Vez (A Second Time), a soulful love ballad, showcasing Fresco’s versatility and range as an artist.
